This article, with a review-analytic approach, examines the effects of this integration (RPA–AI) on the efficiency, flexibility and intelligence of organizational processes. First, the basic concepts of RPA and related branches of AI (such as natural language processing, computer vision and machine learning) are reviewed. Then, the technical frameworks and possible architectures for integrating these two technologies are analyzed. Next, focusing on the field of IT processes, application cases such as service management, automated support, software asset management and cybersecurity are examined. The article also discusses implementation challenges including ethical issues, security, change management and skill requirements and outlines future prospects by providing a comparative table of the impact of RPA alone versus RPA–AI. The results show that RPA–AI not only automates repetitive tasks, but also enables complex decision-making, unstructured data processing, and dynamic adaptation by adding cognitive capabilities, acting as a driving force for organizations' digital transformation. ادغام هوش مصنوعی (AI) با اتوماسیون فرآیند رباتیک (RPA) به عنوان یک پارادایم تحول‌آفرین در حوزه دیجیتالی‌سازی فرآیندهای فناوری اطلاعات (IT) ظهور کرده است. این مقاله با رویکردی مروری-تحلیلی، به بررسی تأثیرات این ادغام (RPA–AI) بر کارایی، انعطاف‌پذیری و هوشمندی فرآیندهای سازمانی می‌پردازد. ابتدا مفاهیم پایه‌ای RPA و شاخه‌های مرتبط AI (مانند پردازش زبان طبیعی، بینایی کامپیوتر و یادگیری ماشین) مرور می‌شوند. سپس، چارچوب‌های فنی و معماری‌های ممکن برای یکپارچه‌سازی این دو فناوری تحلیل می‌گردد. در ادامه، با تمرکز بر حوزه فرآیندهای IT، موارد کاربردی همچون مدیریت خدمات، پشتیبانی خودکار، مدیریت دارایی‌های نرم‌افزاری و امنیت سایبری بررسی می‌شوند. مقاله همچنین چالش‌های اجرایی از جمله مسائل اخلاقی، امنیتی، مدیریت تغییر و نیازهای مهارتی را مورد بحث قرار داده و با ارائه جدول مقایسه‌ای تأثیر RPA تنها در مقابل RPA–AI، چشم‌اندازهای آتی را ترسیم می‌کند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که RPA–AI نه تنها کارهای تکراری را خودکار می‌سازد، بلکه با افزودن قابلیت‌های شناختی، تصمیم‌گیری‌های پیچیده، پردازش داده‌های غیرساختاریافته و سازگاری پویا را ممکن می‌سازد و به عنوان موتور محرکه‌ای برای تحول دیجیتال سازمان‌ها عمل می‌کند. /downloadfilepdf/46607
