Methodology: This article was conducted using the Systematic Review method. A search was conducted in reputable scientific databases (Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, Google Scholar) with key keywords related to Industry 5.0 and AIoT for the period 2009 to 2025, and the selected articles were screened and analyzed based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings: The findings show that AIoT directly contributes to the realization of the three objectives of Industry 5.0. In the human-centered dimension, it enables safe and effective collaboration between humans and technology through the development of collaborative robots (Cobots) and advanced human-machine interfaces (HMI).In the area of ​​resilience, it increases the capacity of industries to cope with disruptions by implementing predictive maintenance and smart supply chains. In the area of ​​sustainability, it helps reduce environmental impacts through smart energy and resource management and supporting the circular economy. Key challenges identified include data security, privacy and the need for new skills. Conclusion: The convergence of AI and IoT is a key technological paradigm that has the potential to be transformative in the transition to Industry 5.0. However, fully exploiting this potential requires a strategic approach from managers and policymakers to manage technical, security and skills challenges هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش محوری همگرایی هوش مصنوعی و اینترنت اشیا (AIoT) به عنوان موتور محرک و توانمندساز اصلی برای تحقق سه رکن بنیادین انقلاب صنعتی پنجم، یعنی انسان‌محوری، تاب‌آوری و پایداری است. روش‌شناسی: این مقاله با استفاده از روش مرور نظام‌مند (Systematic Review) انجام شده است. جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر علمی (Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, Google Scholar) با کلیدواژه‌های کلیدی مرتبط با صنعت 5.0 و AIoT برای بازه زمانی ۲۰09 تا ۲۰۲۵ صورت گرفت و مقالات منتخب بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، غربالگری و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که AIoT به طور مستقیم به تحقق اهداف سه‌گانه صنعت 5.0 کمک می‌کند. در بعد انسان‌محوری، از طریق توسعه ربات‌های همکار (Cobots) و رابط‌های پیشرفته انسان-ماشین (HMI)، همکاری ایمن و مؤثر انسان و فناوری را ممکن می‌سازد. در حوزه تاب‌آوری، با پیاده‌سازی نگهداری پیش‌بینانه و زنجیره‌های تأمین هوشمند، ظرفیت صنایع را برای مقابله با اختلالات افزایش می‌دهد. در زمینه پایداری، از طریق مدیریت هوشمند انرژی و منابع و حمایت از اقتصاد چرخشی، به کاهش اثرات زیست‌محیطی کمک می‌کند. چالش‌های کلیدی شناسایی شده شامل امنیت داده، حریم خصوصی و نیاز به مهارت‌های جدید است. نتیجه‌گیری: همگرایی AI و IoT یک پارادایم فناورانه کلیدی است که پتانسیل تحول‌آفرینی در گذار به صنعت 5.0 را دارد. با این حال، بهره‌برداری کامل از این پتانسیل نیازمند یک رویکرد استراتژیک از سوی مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران برای مدیریت چالش‌های فنی، امنیتی و مهارتی است. /downloadfilepdf/54911
